CNG液力驱动式压缩机简介
The high-pressure CNG trailer fills the gas into the compressor through the discharging post. The compressor delivers the gas through the three-way links to the dispensers to refilling vehicles with low-pressure gas and also to filter purifier to purify the low-pressure gas. The purified gas enters the compression cylinder through the one-way valve.
When the gas pressure in storage tanks is higher than the set value (20 MPa, can fully fill the vehicles with gas from storage tanks only), the compressor does not start.
When the gas pressure in storage tanks is lower than the set value, the main motor starts, the main motor drives the oil pump to supply oil to the hydraulic system, and the PLC control system controls the reversing valve to supply oil to the left or right end of the oil cylinder. When the left end is supplied with oil, the cylinder piston moves to the right. Since a oil cylinder piston and two gas cylinder pistons are connected to the piston rod, the cylinder pistons in the gas cylinders connected to the two ends of the oil cylinder also move to the right. The left end without rod of the left gas cylinder inhales gas, and the right end with rot compresses gas. When the pressure is higher than the storage pressure, the gas is exhausted outward. Meanwhile,the rod in the right gas cylinder moves toward right to compress gas. When the right end of the oil cylinder is supplied with oil, the reverse movement happens; the cylinder reciprocates so that the gas is continuously output.
